Valentines Day Puppy Chow Recipe

Ingredients:

6 cups Chex cereal

3/4 cup strawberry cake mix 

3/4 cup powdered sugar

3/4 cup Red candy melts

3/4 cup White candy melts 

1 cup Valentine’s M&M’s

Valentine sprinkles

Instructions:

1. Separate Chex equally into two bowls and combine the cake mix and powder sugar in a separate medium bowl
2. Microwave the red candy melts in one-minute intervals until smooth, pour over one of the bowls of Chex cereal, and stir to coat evenly
3. Add coated cereal to a gallon ziplock bag, adding ¾ cup of the cake mix mixture to the bag and shaking to mix before pouring out on parchment paper
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 using the white candy melts and other bowl of Chex
5. Add red Chex, white Chex, sprinkles, and M&M’s to a large bowl and mix to combine. 
6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
